Fan Art Submission Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines before submitting your works. Please read them carefully and completely.
If your work was not posted, you should perhaps re-read this page to determine why.

If you'd like to submit your fan art for possible posting on this site, please be sure you adhere to the following guidelines:

1) Include your Name, a valid E-mail address (so visitors can contact you with their comments), the Title of your work, and your Age (if you are 12 or under).   You must include this info, or we won't accept your work.   You may also include the title and URL of your web site, if you would like it linked.

2) Send you artwork as JPG or GIF files only!   BMP, or other file formats, will be rejected (right click your picture, then select "Properties" from the menu, then check "Type of File", to determine the file type. Does it say "BMP image"? If so, don't send it, because it won't be accepted)

3) Do not send files larger than 150kb (right click your picture, then select "Properties" from the menu, then check "Size", to determine the size of your image... is it larger than 150kb? If so, don't send it, because it won't be accepted).

[Note that you can use an image editor to reduce the size of your picture, as well as to convert it from one file format to another.   You can check shareware sites such as www.tucows.com and www.nonags.com for such utilities.]

If you can't, or don't want to follow these guidelines, then you'll have to submit your works elsewhere.

Please remember, for a variety of reasons, not every submission will, or can, be accepted.

Your material must be based on the Sailor Moon universe.   No hentai works.
