The Zodiac Senshi Trials

The Constellation’s Search

Mojo walked over to the shadowed figure and there was no one there.  “Who?  What trials?” Mojo asked Wicca.  Wicca shook her head.  She didn’t know what the voice meant either.

All the constellations and the cats decided to meet in the park.  Once there, all were in their constellation forms.  Andromeda was her in her sailor form.  They looked at each other with sadness in their eyes.

“Bootes, you know what to do.” Mojo said.  At that the herdsman looked up at the stars.  He was feeling them to see where they were.

After a little while Bootes could feel pain, memory and a lot of emotion coming from the Zodiac constellations.  Pisces seemed very active towards him.  That made him a bit confused.  Then he felt a constellation that was active that shouldn’t be.

“Venom Illusion!” someone in the dark called.  Then they could hear soft music playing.  It seemed to sound like a pipe or flute.  All of the constellations then fell to their knees including the centaur.  All except Sailor Andromeda and Aquila.

Auriga cried, “My little lamb chop.”  If the others hadn’t been in pain they would have laughed.

All of the constellation were seeing their girlfriends dying.  All wanted to save them but couldn’t.  They tired to reach them but could not reach.  All they could do was cry. Their screams and cries were heard by the others.  Mojo and Wicca didn’t understand what was happening.

“Who is there?” Mojo shouted.  Then from out of a bush came a cat.  He was orange with black eyes.  He had no tail.  Then Mojo could see he had a symbol of his forehead.  It was a gold vertical line with another gold line wrapping around it.

“Who are you?” asked Sailor Andromeda.

The cat only smiled and said, “Cherie, it isn’t me you want to know.” with that another shadowed form came out from the bush.  She was tall and dressed like a sailor.

“What?” questioned Mojo, Wicca and Sailor Andromeda.

The girl was of Eastern Indian decent.  She had black eyes.  The girl’s hair was black with white bangs.  Her hair was up in pigtail loops.  The loops were attached to her head by pink bows.  Her sailor uniform was like the Zodiac only with little differences.  Her body suit and gloves were black instead of white.  The bows, skirt, choker, top of gloves and sailor collar were white.  Her tiara was sliver with a gold gem.  The sailor’s broach was a black 4 pointed star.  Her boots were white and went to the knees.  They were the same as Sailors Gemini only they laced up in the back.  Her gloves were cut off at the knuckles and the thumb was cut out.  Her nails were painted black with white French tips.  On the choker was the same symbol as the cat only in black.

The girl was playing an instrument.  It was a two reeded instrument.  It was about two feet long and had a round part near the bottom.  It was black encrusted with white jewels.  Mojo knew it was called a pungi.  It was used by snake charmers in India.

The new sailor continued to play the pungi.  It was her that was causing the images in the constellations head.  Mojo ran to Perseus and jumped on his head.  “Don’t listen to the music!” he yelled into Perseus’ ear.  Perseus kept crying about Wendy.  So, Mojo used his claws.  That woke him up.

Perseus looked up at the girl.  He knew that he had met her somehow.  This confused him.  How did he know this sailor.  Surely, he would remember more.  Then like a flash it came to him.  Why had he forgotten? “You?” Perseus questioned.  The sailor smiled while still playing the pungi.

Then in the park brightly colored light seemed to be appearing.  It was 13 different colors.  The colors of the Zodiac.  This made the sailor stop playing.  “It seems the sailors broke through my Venom Illusion.”  She said after she stopped playing.  This released the constellations from the spell.  The constellations then looked up.  They no longer saw the deaths of their loved ones.
