Bella’s Trial
~ Okay, for this chapter and
any other that has a non-English speaking girl I will translate it for
you. As you see I don’t speak these
languages either. What I mean is in the
past that you will see Bella would of course speak Italian. I hope this makes
sense. Also, I forgot to put that Cancer’s sleeves on her uniform are now super
style. If you have any questions,
comments or concerns please feel free to e-mail me at methos5000@hotmail.com Wendy~
Shelly, Lee and
Bella opened their eyes and couldn’t believe what they saw. The girls were standing together in a lake of
water. They were alone. The water seemed endless. It was a dark blue and only went just above
the girls’ ankles.
“Where are we?” asked Lee. The two others shrugged their shoulders.
Bella looked around and saw something. It looked a lot like someone she once
knew. Bella then followed the person
leaving the other girls behind. Lee and
Shelly were too busy to notice.
Bella yelled, “Stop!” but the person kept running. A wave of water crashed around her knocking
Bella to the ground.
When Bella opened her eyes she was in a memory. When Bella was a small girl about 3 years old
her mother died. This left her father to
take care of her. Bella’s father wanted
most of all to be a great painter. After
the death of his wife he had to get a normal job and leave his dream behind.
Once Bella became 8 years old her father began to teach
her to paint. He wanted to make sure his
dream didn’t die. Her father would say, “You
will be a great painter one day, Bella.
Don’t let anything get in your way.” Bella loved her father and wanted
him to be happy.
One day after Bella’s father came home from working at
the restaurant, he was rather upset. “Bella, get down here!” he called to his
daughter. She had been painting in her
room. Bella thought that her picture was
rather good so she brought it down to him.
Bella showed him her artwork. It was a painting of Bella’s mother. Though she didn’t remember her she still
painted her. “This is beautiful. How did you get so good, huh?” he said to
her.
Bella laughed and said, “By watching a master.” Her father had now forgotten what he was
angry about. He picked up his little
girl and hugged her. What Bella didn’t
see was the tears in her father’s eyes.
Somehow she had drawn exactly what her mother looked like. It was in that moment that Bella’s father
realized she was better than him.
“Well, my little Bella, you really will be a great
painter!” he told her as he put her down.
Bella looked up at him and said, “I won’t let anything
get in my way!”
“That’s my girl.” he told her. Bella’s father put her new painting on the
wall. He still couldn’t believe it
looked just like his late wife. He
missed her so much. He then looked at
his daughter and saw that see was starting to look just like her.
Bella’s eyes became filled with tears as she came out of
the memory. Standing in front of her was
her father. He looked down at Bella with
disappointment in his eyes. “I’m sorry
Father.” Bella said to him as she stood.
“How could you forget your dream? All this sailor stuff is getting in the way!”
he yelled at Bella.
“My destiny is with the Zodiac Senshi! It was your dream not mine!” Bella shouted
back. She had never said such things to
her own father. It made her feel like
she was a horrible person. She loved her
father.
“Well, then your destiny is to die!” Bella’s father pulled out a paintbrush. He used it’s bristles to bind Bella. Then he caused electricity to flow through it
and hurt Bella. Bella screamed in pain.
Bella could feel something rising inside of her. The bristles let her go and she called out, “Scorpio
Crystal Make-Up!” A burgundy colored
water formed around her. Soon she was
Super Sailor Scorpio. Her uniform
changed a little. There was now a blue
stripe around the bottom of her skirt.
Scorpio’s back bows grew longer.
Her tiara’s gem was now in the shape of a star. Scorpio’s sleeves now had transparent parts
to them. Her broach was now new, but
still a star shape. In the inside it had
her sailor crystal and on the outside it now had her Scorpio symbol.
“So there you go becoming a sailor! You should have tried harder at being a
painter!” Her father said. He used his
paintbrush once again. It wrapped around
her holding her to the spot. Her father
once again caused electricity to go through it and hurt Scorpio.
Once Scorpio became loose she cried, “You are not my
father! He would have understood and not
tried to hurt me. I will still become a great painter! Being a sailor never got
in the way! Scorpio Poison Spray!” Scorpio’s
new power caused a spray of poison water.
The spray hit her fake father and melted him.
After he was gone Sailor Scorpio looked around. She was now alone. Burgundy light wrapped around her and she was
gone.
