The Disappearance

~ Author’s note: These stories will not be told by Mojo.  If he were here he would be glaring at me, like all of you, right now!  He just won’t be where the action is this time around.  Don’t worry he is in it though! Also, I will only do a story a month.  Unless I have time to write one sooner! If you would like to e-mail me with comments, questions or concerns do so at methos5000@hotmail.com  Okay, now time for the story! ~Wendy~

Percy and Wendy were sitting on the bench in the school park.   The night was cool, but it didn’t matter to them.  Both were starring at the stars.  They were very beautiful that night.  Of course not as beautiful as Wendy, Percy thought.

Wendy snuggled next to him and said, “Tonight couldn’t get any better.”

Percy hugged her back and agreed.  That’s when they both saw a falling star.  “If you wish on it your wish will come true.” Percy told her.

Wendy closed her eyes tight and wished the night would never end.  Percy saw how hard she was wishing and decided to lean in for a kiss.  As he did purple light engulfed Wendy and she disappeared.  “Wendy!” Percy shouted.

Lee, Shelly and Kelly were swimming laps to see who was the best between them.  Shelly was, for the first time, winning.  As she reached the side of the pool silver light surrounded her.  Yellow light covered Lee and blue light wrapped around Kelly.  Then the three were gone.

Hank and Mindy were in a weight room.  Hank decided to teach Mindy to wield a sword.  She didn’t really want to, but how could she turn Hank down.

“Okay, hold up your sword and swing it at me.” Hank commanded Mindy.  She did as told and hit his sword.  With all his force Hank knocked her to the ground.

“That wasn’t very nice Hank!” Mindy yelled at him.  Hank walked over to her and held out his hand to help her up.  She grabbed it.  Hank went to kiss her as she stood on her feet.  Teal light went around Mindy as she too disappeared.

            “Mindy!” Hank yelled.

Hunter and Esa were studying in her room.  The two giggled as they read to themselves.  After a little bit Hunter decided he couldn’t stand it any longer.  He moved his book and reached for Esa to kiss her.  Esa smiled and waited.  Just then gold light spiraled around her and she was gone.  Hunter fell to the floor.  “Esa?” he questioned.

Celeste was at the ice rink practicing.  She was having trouble with one of her jumps.  She sped around the rink for one more try.  She leaped in the air and didn’t make it.  Celeste landed on the cold ice with a thump.  Black light then rose from the ice and engulfed her.  Celeste then vanished.

Heather and Benny were on a night time ride.  Heather was ridding the unicorn Monoceros as Benny rode his own horse Stella.  Monoceros became very agitated.  “What’s the matter mate?” Heather asked the unicorn.

“Maybe we better go in.  Oh, look a falling star!” Benny told her. Heather smiled and then they both turned around.

Just before they reached the stables Heather was covered in white light.  She was then gone.  “Heather?” Benny asked.

Bella painted silently in her room.  She had to get the painting done before her next art class.  Bella knew as well as anyone, art could not be rushed.  But class was class. As Bella put the finishing touches on her masterpiece she was surrounded with burgundy light.  She disappeared and her brush fell to the ground.

Cleo, Kim, Boots and Russ were all together at Boots’ house.  It was the first time he had taken anyone there.  It was small, but nice.  Cleo and Boots sat on the couch as Kim and Russ watched the night sky.  Ever since Kim had been a centaur she appreciated the stars more.

“Oh, a falling star!” shouted Kim.  Cleo and Boots ran to the window to see.

“Very beautiful, I’ve seen many.” Russ told them.  The others just laughed.

Everyone turned around to go back to what they were doing.  Kim became covered in navy blue light as Cleo was engulfed with olive green light.  The two girls then vanished.  “What?” questioned both Russ and Boots.

Noel cooked by herself in her room.  She hated to be alone, but everyone else had somewhere to be that night.  Noel sighed and took her souffle out of the oven.  As she prepared to eat it toupe light flowed around her and she was gone.

Rosa had been practicing her dances all night.  She had grown tired, but she wasn’t going to give up.  Rosa was determined to get these steps down.  She danced until she had it.  “Si.” she said as she finally got it right.  That’s when rose colored light surrounded her and she disappeared.

Mojo was in the twins room with Wicca.  “Isn’t it nice to not have anything going on?” questioned Mojo.

“Don’t say that Mojo!  Now something will happen!” Wicca yelled at him.

“Don’t be a worry puss!  Oh look a falling star!” Mojo told Wicca.  The two cats enjoyed the site until the communicators went off.  All of the boys were talking at once, “Slow down, one at a time!” Mojo yelled at them. Slowly each constellation told the cats what had happened to them.

“What about Shelly, Noel, Rosa, Bella, Lee, Kelly, Annie and Celeste?” asked Wicca.

Mojo tried all of the girls communicators there was only one who answered.  “What’s the matter Mojo?” asked Annie.  She was the only sailor that hadn’t disappeared.  Annie and Angel had spent the night remising.  She didn’t know anything about the girls disappearing.

“What is going on?” Mojo asked himself.

A shadowed figure in the doorway said, “Don’t worry.  They’re safe, Mojo.  They just need to go through the Trials.”
